What’s happening at the @migration_museum

  • We spent our school holidays at the Migration Museum under The Milky Way exploring The Kaurna Night Sky making star charts and luminous star jars .. So much fun !! Can’t wait till the next school holidays to see what we come up with . Stay tuned !!
  • A wonderful celebration for Multicultural Communities Council of South Australia , celebrating 45 years and 70 years of tradition .
  • Time to blossom... We are really excited to announce the Migration Museum recruiting for a curator to join our dynamic team. This role has a particular focus on First Nations history in the context of the redevelopment of the Migration Museum’s nineteenth century galleries. Please spread the word as applications are due soon. Full details available on the I Work for SA website. Submit applications by 5pm on Sunday 22nd September. In accordance with section 56 (2) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (SA), applicants for this position must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
