For the Hostel Stories project Associate Professor Rachel Ankeny is leading a team, including students Dr Karen Agutter, Daniella Pilla and Justin Madden. They are researching various aspects of the lived experience of migrants in South Australia’s hostels between 1947 and the mid 1990s.  Australian Research Council funding has been granted for this project.
