Join Adelaide based artist Ahmed ElKhalidi, as he leads us through a fascinating journey of artistic expression and supports you to create wonderful art with the simple use of characters from the Arabic alphabet. You will not need any prior artistic experience, just an open mind and a free-flowing hand.
This workshop is hosted by the Arabic Language and Culture Association of SA (ALCASA) and the History Trust of South Australia’s Migration Museum, and is in conjunction with the Ahlan wa sahlan exhibition.
The workshop is supported by a grant from Multicultural Affairs, Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
