What a difference a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Intersex, Queer person makes! This exhibition highlights the lives and achievements of rainbow elders; lives that have traversed times of criminalisation, repression and discrimination into the light of increasing equality and celebration of diversity in the South Australian community.

The exhibition showcases the challenges faced and success achieved by the LGBTIQ community: from ‘passing’ in the 1950s to the 1960s and 1970s out generations. There’s the fight for law reform, equal rights, and marriage equality. Feast Festival is also featured, along with a focus on the care and rights of our elders.
