The Migration Museum undertakes work on a range of short and long term research projects. The focus of projects will change in line with public interest, preparation for exhibitions, collections investigation and other Museum programs. Migrants' Belongings

The Migrants' Belongings project seeks to investigate the significance of belongings brought in the travel trunks of Greek and Italian migrants when they settled in Australia in the post-Second World War period.
