Upcycled food gardens - fun for all the family

Sat 5th December 2015 1.30 - 3.30pm

Join us on Sat 5 December to celebrate our exhibition 'Losing the plot: food gardening in South Australia' as we hold a workshop about using the contents of your recycling bin to create fun, innovative upcycled mini gardens.  Learn how to make fairy herb pots from glass jars, dinosaur lettuce gardens from milk cartons, and other cute and clever tricks.  We'll also talk about making planter boxes from larger found objects like builders' pallets.

Perfect for novice gardeners, please come prepared to get your hands dirty!
